PHCash21 Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and PHCash21 ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the PHCash21 website located at phcash21.net and any associated mobile applications, platforms, or services (collectively, the "Platform").

By completing the registration process, accessing any game, making a deposit, or otherwise using any feature of the PHCash21 Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. To access real-money games and services on PHCash21, you are required to create a registered account. The following conditions apply to all registered accounts:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active account on the PHCash21 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.
• Accurate Information: You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, and a working email address. • Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. • Account Verification (KYC): PHCash21 may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals or at any point during your use of the Platform. Required documents may include a government-issued ID such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth card, or driver's license.

PHCash21 reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including where it has reason to believe that the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 have not been met.

All financial transactions on the PHCash21 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Payment Methods: PHCash21 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Available payment methods may be updated from time to time at the Company's discretion.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱10. Minimum and maximum deposit limits for specific payment methods are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Deposit Processing: Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your PHCash21 wallet in real time. Bank transfer deposits may take additional processing time depending on the sending institution.
• Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals are available only to verified accounts that have completed the KYC process. Funds derived from bonuses are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• Withdrawal Processing Time: PHCash21 aims to process approved withdrawal requests promptly. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the volume of pending requests.
• Own Funds Only: You may only deposit funds that belong to you. The use of third-party payment accounts or funds obtained through fraudulent means is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.
• Anti-Money Laundering: PHCash21 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. The Company reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of funds deposited into your account.

PHCash21 offers various bonuses, promotions, and incentive programs to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual offer:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion details at the time the bonus is offered.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to eligible registered players who meet the specific criteria stated in each promotion. PHCash21 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.

The following rules apply to all games available on the PHCash21 Platform, including but not limited to Texas Hold'em poker, live casino tables, sports betting, arcade games, and slot games:

• Random Number Generation: All non-live games on PHCash21 use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to determine game outcomes. The RNG ensures that all results are statistically random and independent of previous outcomes.
• Game Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game, PHCash21 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. The Company's decision in such matters is final.

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PHCash21 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical malfunctions, game errors, or system outages.
• Loss of data or account information resulting from unauthorized access or security breaches beyond the Company's reasonable control.
• Interruptions to the availability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond the Company's control.
• Any reliance placed on information or content published on the Platform.

PHCash21's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude PHCash21's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

PHCash21 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time and without prior notice if:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms or any applicable game rules or promotional terms.
• PHCash21 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct in connection with your account.
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Your account has been inactive for an extended period as defined by the Company's dormant account policy.
• PHCash21 is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or order of a competent authority.

You may close your PHCash21 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

PHCash21 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, PHCash21 will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where practicable, notify registered players via email or in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the PHCash21 Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 11.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. PHCash21 will cooperate fully with any investigation or proceeding initiated by a competent Philippine regulatory authority, including PAGCOR, in connection with the Platform's operations.
